customer service software that this company provides. There are so many features to choose from that it is sometimes hard to know what to use. However, the representatives walk you through everything from start to finish. The contracts section is easy to use, and it allows me to make contracts for the customers that we serve. I can include all of my business information in the contract so that customers know when we are open and the services we provide. Another feature that I like is the social media support. This lets my customers get the help they need when they are on a social network like Facebook or Twitter. The company also has a feature that lets me keep all of my business contacts in one place. If I have a question about anything such as a payment or bill, then all I have to do is look under this section and the information is there. I can make reports for my business that include budgets and revenue from past months. This company has made the office work of my business simple and less time consuming, and I love looking at all of the new features that are added.
